Night View With Port Light

Port Light

I like this picture. The Port navigation light throws a soft glow through a cloud of cigar smoke. I sat in the boat in the dark and listened to music and enjoyed a cigar and a beer. It’s about the first time I could easily imagine being on the water.

  1. Glad to hear that you are getting closer to getting the boat on the water. keep up with the good work.

  2. Sir,
This is one pretty tug. Is there a site where one can view more pics and/or others who are building?
    Again…. sweet!

    • Hugh, as far as I know, this is just the second one of these that have been built, and I don’t know of any others under construction. It’s a Sam Devlin design, and he has a Godzilla page that includes some construction pictures.

Let me know if you have any specific questions about the boat or construction.
